A HNW mother of 3 grown children, located in In Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, needs to hire a live-out Personal Assistant to care for her home office needs. This is a great opportunity for a smart, computer savvy individual with neat presentation. Responsibilities include: manage schedule and social calendar, handle all email, interface with vendors, organize media libraries, use Word and Excel, supervise, direct and train staff.

All ideal candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be legal to work and travel, be tech savvy, have good presentation, be college-educated, be native English speaker, have 5+ years experience, be fully Covid vaccinated, be a great team player, detail oriented, have good references at similar homes.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5 and salary is DOE with full benefits. Immediate start.
