Requirement/Duties:
Candidate must have 5+ years experience working in a fine formal home with checkable references. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to
* Able to oversee, manage, schedules, supervise & train staff
* Manage projects, proposals & contracts
* Managing vendors and contractors
* Must be tech savvy, pet friendly, organized, & have great communication skills
* Someone with strong construction background
* Preferable someone who speaks fluent Spanish and English
* Must drive + car
* Flexible to travel and check other properties
**Must live close to the area**
** This is a busy family with more than one property (NYC, Hampton) and some under construction***
Looking for someone with great leadership skills, hardworking, flexible, handle a fast paced home.
