Job is live-out with flexible working hours. Willing to work extra hours if needed, available to work on weekends and holidays if needed. Willing to travel.

Strong computer skills. Junior College or equivalent required. Self-starter. Detail oriented,highly organized, strong sense of initiative with an ability to accomplish goals. Strong work ethic. Strong communication skills. Team player. Must be legal.

Coordinate personal appointments, travel for principal, schedule the agenda as needed. Coordinate with household staff to keep products in the house. Run errands as needed. Maintain the comprehensive cataloging software in existence for art and furniture database entry of art and antiques. Maintain the weekly/monthly household work schedules.

Salary: DOE on the books.
