This great family needs extra help!

Schedule: 5 days a week (Must be flexible), 11am-8pm or 10am-7pm.

Family consists of: 2 adults & 4 children

Staff: Fully staffed home.

Salary: Depends on experience + Vacation

Requirements/Duties:

• Overseeing and supervising the children’s schedule.
• Monitoring schedules and activities.
• Monitoring and training staff.
• Must be able to assist family business and personal events.
• Must be table to travel internationally and domestically.
• Organizing, updating, and creating projects.
• Managing emails.
• Work as a team with other staff.
• Microsoft Word knowledge, computer savvy.
• Organizing folders and important documents.
• Must drive.
• Must be able to manage, run errands, care for deliveries and vendors, etc.
• Must be flexible.
• Must be positive, trustworthy, and outgoing.
• Must be a college graduate.
• Must have long term NYC references.
• Must have formal experience/references.
• Must have at least 3 years of administrative experience/references.
• Must have great communication skills.
