Requirement/Duties:
Live out Personal Assistant needed for a nice family.
Schedule is live out Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 p.m, flexible to stay late and work on weekends as needed.
Family are looking for a smart,computer savvy and self starter personal assistant.
Duties:
Managing family calendar’s,schedule meetings.
Organizing and maintaining extensive photo files.
Strong writing and clear communication skills.
Assist with organization,manage daily list and keep list updated.
Smart and proactive.
Must have great check-able references for more than five years working as a personal assistant.
