We are seeking a professional housekeeper to take charge in the maintenance of a large upscale NYC apartment. Candidate must have experience working in semi formal homes, with references to back up past work experience. Job responsibilities include all housekeeping duties including but not limited to:

• Home organization.
• Excellent house cleaning.
• Great laundry & ironing.

This position is Live-out and scheduled fulltime Monday through Friday 7am-5/6pm with days off being Saturday/Sunday. Time Management is of the utmost importance for this role, candidate must be able to arrive to work at 7am and no later. Candidate must be capable of working 60 hour work weeks when needed. Additional qualifications for this role include:

• Legal status to work in the US.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must have amazing long-term references.
• Must have schedule flexibility.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be high-energy, proactive, hard-working, and trustworthy.
• Driving is a big plus!

Pay is set at $65,000 per year, dependent on experience.
