Houseman/Driver. Must have experience working with other staff. Very organized and with great presentation. Must have at least 5 yrs working in a large home requiring . Must have high energy level.

* Must drive, running errands, grocery shopping
* Greeting guests, handling packages/deliveries, Valet
* Must speak excellent English
* Must have verifiable REFERENCES
* Handy work and assist housekeepers with heavy duty cleaning, help keep maintain everything organize and neat
* Keep track of inventory, contracts, merchants and etc.
* Land scaping
* Must be flexible
* Knowledge of mechanical & electronic systems. Smart phone Savvy, Smart Home familiarity

All traditional responsibilities of a Houseman/Driver.
