This family is looking for someone that can be very reliable and willing to be very flexible.

Requires someone college educated or with a teaching background (early childhood), team player, energetic and with great nanny long term references. Full childcare, able to work long hrs, teach/help kids with homework and install good manners, help maintain/keep the house neat, a nanny eager to please, be proactive and willing to do everything relating to the children. This is a formal home with a stay home mom.

Ideal person is happy, upbeat, organized, takes pride in their work and great communication skills.
