Requirement/Duties:
A nice family located in Tribeca, is looking to hire a live out Personal Assistant to take care for their daily needs.
Schedule is live out Monday – Friday, 9-5.
Looking to hire a smart personal assistant with common sense, computer savvy.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have long references.
Responsibilities include: manage calendars, interface with vendors, use Word and Excel, handle all email, manage schedule and social calendar, handle all correspondence.
Do errands.
Pet friendly.
Fully Covid vaccinated.
Detail oriented and meticulous.
