Live-out Housekeeper/Laundress wanted in TriBeCa, New York City.

Semi-formal family of 3 (4 yr old girl) needs and excellent Housekeeper/Laundress.

Pay is between 60K-70K+ (DOE) w/ 2 weeks vacation. Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Must work on weekends when needed.

This is a beautiful loft with 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. They also have a small dog.

Looking for someone with great skills with all housekeeping tasks including laundry and ironing ( fine clothing), taking care of art and antiques. Cooking and driving are a great plus!

Self starter, can take direction, smart, not talkative, experienced, high energy, and able to travel++!
