Schedule	Live-In Thursday-Monday w/ 2 days off (Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (8hrs/ 4-OT/hrs)
Location	Job is between 2 residences (NYC & Hamptons)
Salary	Salary: $18.50/hr + OT rate of $27.75/hr (Equates to $21.58/hr.) + Health-care stipend + Monthly Metrocard provided
Family consists	2 adults, 4 children (ages 13-18)
Family provides	private room & bathroom
Current Staff	Housemanager, 2-3 housekeepers

Job Info	Requirement/Duties: An Upper Eastside family is looking for an experienced live-in / live-out housekeeper to add to their staff. 5 day working week with 2 non-weekend days off (tuesday/wednesday) *After Labor Day the job will become live-out. Job Requirements & Duties: Must be legal * Must take initiative (self – starter) * Team player attitude * Fluent English (written & oral) * Light pet care (1 dog/ walking + feeding) * Organizational skills * Laundry (including ironing of linens + dress shirts + the steaming of fine clothing) * Meticulous attention to detail is a must * Great NYC/NJ/CT references (2+ years ) * Must be completely flexible * Smooth daily upkeep of the homes will involve light tidying to deep cleaning (both indoor and outdoor) Interviews will be this week and job starts A.S.A.P. *We must have verifiable references who we can contact!* If you are this perfect person, we would love to meet you!
