Requirement/Duties:
Family Assistant Needed For Manhattan Family
A busy family, living in Tribeca, is seeking a Personal Assistant to care for their busy lifestyle. Someone smart with common sense, computer savvy and with long references will do well in this job. Responsibilities include: manage calendars, interface with vendors, use Word and Excel, handle all email, manage schedule and social calendar, handle all correspondence, follow up promptly, do errands.
All applicants should be interested in long-term, have at least a work permit, be pet friendly, be fully Covid vaccinated, be experienced, detail oriented, meticulous.
Schedule is Mon – Thu 9-5PM and salary is $75,000. Immediate start.
