This great Manhattan family needs extra help!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 7:30PM

Family consists of: 2 adults & 4 children (11, 15 and 13 year old twins)

Staff: Fully staffed home.

Compensation: Depends on experience.

Requirements/Duties:

• Overseeing and supervising the children (Mostly taking care of the 11 year old)
• Assist with homework.
• Monitoring schedules and activities.
• Hire and train staff.
• Able to manage the house, run errands, take care of deliveries, vendors, etc.
• Must be able to travel internationally and domestically.
• Organizing, updating, and creating projects.
• Manage emails.
• Work as a team with other staff.
• Computer savvy, including Microsoft Word knowledge.
• Organize folders, files, and other important documents.
• Must be able to drive.
• Must know how to swim.
• Must be energetic, positive, trustworthy, and outgoing.
• Must be flexible.
• Must be a college graduate.
• Must have long-term and verifiable NYC references.
• Formal experience and references required.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience with references required.
• Must have great communication skills.
