Great Manhattan Family needs PA ASAP in Upper East Side.

Manhattan-based family of 3 is seeking to hire a full-time live-out Personal / Family Assistant for their NYC property.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Sometimes late hrs
Salary: DOE
Staff: 2 Housekeeper

Requirements:

• Must speak fluent English
• Must be legal to work in US
• Must have at least 3 yrs reference with one family only
• College graduate
• Skills: Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Excel
• Some travel require (international)
• Run errands
• Initial contact for all telephones calls and email
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Receive visitors
• Responsible for tracking yearly expenses
• Even planner
• Track securities daily, reporting gains/losses at market close
• Administer all employment records
