Live out Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant needed

Schedule is live out Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30 p.m.

Looking for super-organized, high-energy PA to be the right hand to a creative entrepreneur with a growing lifestyle brand business. Needs to be very detail-oriented, mature, and someone who can take charge and ownership over projects. A positive attitude and independent worker are highly valuable skills for this position.
The candidate must be comfortable with all aspects of technology and comfortable with Mac to help manage photos, email flow, and day-to-day office issues.

This is the perfect job for someone with strong administrative skills, who enjoys creative/design-related projects, and who is happy to work across a range of projects, both business and personal.

Responsibilities include:

Calendar (business and personal) and contact list maintenance
Correspondence (strong writing and clear communication skills are a must)
Organizing and maintaining extensive photo files
Support on creative projects, errands, and event planning (photoshoots, family parties, etc.)
2+ years of experience working full time.
Legal to work.
