A great-paying private chef position is currently available for a high-end couple in Connecticut.

Looking for someone organized, polished & professional to be responsible for preparing and cooking farm-to-table style meals. Candidate must have experience cooking and serving in a formal home & must be able to travel with flexibility international and domestic. A couple, residing in Old Brookville, Long Island, is looking for a live-out Chef to care for their culinary needs (lunch and dinner). The chef should have a calm and professional demeanor, flexible with menu changes, preferably both restaurant and domestic experience. Responsibilities include: cook healthy and organic food, present a Mediterranean diet, impress with varied styles of cuisines, do weekly menu planning, cook lunch and dinner, creative recipes, careful plating, grocery shopping, replenish pantry, maintain a clean kitchen.

All qualified applicants should be legal to work, have a car with valid driver’s license, speak good English, work well with others, be polished and presentable, be mild-mannered, have checkable references, calm, soft-spoken.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 10-6 and salary is $150,000 (independent contractor). Immediate start.
