A Live-Out/Live-In Top Chef is needed for a very nice lady in the Upper East Side!

Schedule: Job is live-out in the city from Tuesday to Saturday, 12PM-10PM. Must travel to her Caribbean residence for 1-2 weeks at a time, including weekends. Housing is provided at Connecticut and Caribbean residences.
 
Requirements:

• Must have extensive culinary training and sustained work experience in a formal private home.
• Must have excellent references.
• Must be professional.
• Must have a positive attitude and refined self-presentation.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must be dedicated to maintaining a clean kitchen.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able and willing to work as a team with additional staff.

This well-known personality is looking for a live-out chef who can cook delicious lunch and dinner, is legal, and can travel internationally. The candidate should be energetic, fit, have youthful energy, and she should have good culinary training and formal experience. Summer is live-in in the Hamptons and there is travel to the Caribbean 4-6 times a year for 2 weeks each. Driving is a must, cooking lunch and dinner and occasional breakfast. There are two chefs in this household. It’s an extremely formal household and being a good team player with good presentation is essential. Must have cooked in similar households in Manhattan and have good references.
