Strong and Polished Houseman/Driver:
Excellent driving skills needed. Tend to the upkeep on vehicles. Perform handyman services. Help caretaker to maintain landscaping and gardening. Set and serve the table. Understand general household property maintenance and systems.
Couple must be legal to work in the United States and have excellent communication skills. Experience working as a live-in Couple is a must. Both should be energetic, reliable, flexible, and have a pleasant disposition. Should have the ability to work alone and with other household staff. Weekends are required. Traveling with the family in Main & Up State NY will be needed. Must love children. Have no allergies to dogs.

Family Consists of: 2 adults.

Qualifications:

• Must be legal and have references that can be verified. Must be able to speak fluent English. Both should be energetic, reliable, flexible, and have a very neat appearance. Must like dogs (Family has 2 small dogs).
• Wife will be responsible for housekeeping, organizing, laundry/ironing, prepping and cooking food for family & parties (family-style meals), setting & serving a formal table, as well as organizing.
• Husband will be responsible for helping with cooking & heavy housekeeping, some handy work, serving, and driving.
