This family is looking for the right person, with great housekeeping/cooking skills and willing to stay for a long term.

This is a semi-formal home and is fully staffed.
Family consists of 2 people

Schedule: Live in 5 days. (MUST BE FLEXIBLE)

Requirements:

* Full housekeeping, including deep cleaning
* Laundry, ironing, caring for delicate fabrics
* Great cooking skills, able to follow recipes and create menus. Excellent presentation
* Must have long term references working for semi formal families
* Someone proactive, energetic, team player, quiet
* Fluent English

** Must have experienced working with other Staff **

Requirement/Duties:
High end family is seeking a professional Cook/Housekeeper to assist in the maintenance of their beautiful homes. This job requires someone flexible, position between New York and Florida.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Great cooking skills, able to create menus
* Ability to set tables and serve formally
* Full housekeeping duties
* Home Organizing
* Detailed cleaning
* Some laundry and ironing

Employment schedule will require working Weekends. Must be flexible to Live In.
Other qualifications include:

* Fluent English
* Calm demeanor & fit
* Mature
* Good organization skills
* Experience working in a formal household
* 3 Years minimum experience with one family only

Live out Housekeeper/Cook needed.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday.
Tuesday and Thursday from 12-8, Wednesday and Friday from 11-7 and Saturday from 2-10p.m with some flexibility to stay later depending on schedule.
Job includes full charge of housekeeping,laundry,very light childcare and cooking family dinners 3/week.
Fluent English speaking,great communication skills.
Legal.
Cat friendly.
Drive to errands and shopping etc.
Must have great domestic checkable references.
