This is a formal home with fine things and art, and the prospective candidate should have worked in similar homes before. Smart, proactive, neat appearance and excellent English are a must as is no smoking. Cooking involves healthy meals and housekeeping includes laundry and ironing of shirts. In addition to the townhouse, this gentleman owns other properties and the candidate will travel as needed.
