This well-known family wants a farm-to-table chef who can cook all-natural food from different regions and cuisines. Everything must be made from scratch. Client is used to top restaurants like Daniel, Jean Georges, and Le Bernardin and wants to replicate the food at home, but sometimes they like a juicy burger or mac and cheese. Candidate must be easy going, fit and energetic, flexible and good-natured. Summers are spent in the Hamptons and there is some travel to their other house in Palm Beach. It’s a terrific opportunity for a restaurant chef to break into domestic cheffing.
Schedule Thursday – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off
Salary: Depends on experience, health insurance after 6 months.
