Skills in Quickbooks,Excel and Microsoft.
Some travel is required,must have valid international travel documents.
Schedule appointment.
Answer phone calls and email.
Audit bills and administer checkbook.
Keep organized files for all papers and receipts.
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Event planning.
Make a reservation for flights,hotels etc.
Arrange oversee routine maintenance on homes.
Handle all insurance issues.
Hiring,scheduling and supervising of household staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
