Full-time live-out Housekeeper needed all year around!

Schedule: Five days a week, must be flexible. Must be able to live-in when needed.
 
Compensation: Depends on experience + Health Insurance.
 
Requirements/Details:

• Must have legitimate long-term references.
• Full charge deep cleaning.
• Must know how to clean different surfaces (wood, marble, etc).
• Laundry/Ironing.
• Must be quiet, smart, and speak fluent English.
• Must be meticulous and highly experienced in cleaning antiques and arts.
• Must be proactive.
• Must drive and have your own car.

This family lives in an amazing staffed estate on Kings Point and needs a chef. The right candidate has at least 5 years experience in similar households, works well with staff, and can cook different styles of cuisine including Mediterranean and Persian food. Cooking for the family and staff, about 15 people regularly, including buffets for guests. You will be presiding over an amazing kitchen and work with the best ingredients.
 
Job is live-out and driving with own car is a plus, for a fit and energetic candidate and have check-able long-term domestic references at high-end homes. Kosher knowledge necessary.
 
Salary: $110K plus full benefits and 401K
 
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 11AM to 9PM

Busy family of 6 (4 kids) is in need of a housekeeper to handle laundry/ironing, changing beds and linens, organizing closets, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, helping with breakfast and packing lunches, and grocery shopping. When needed, help with the 3 year old. This is a 5 story townhouse, so you must have high energy and be a very hard-worker. Flexible working weekends and stay over at least once or twice a year. Will work Monday-Friday from 6:30am-2:30pm. Pay is DOE.
