Born in France, he is a US citizen with valid passport, excellent presentation and fit, worked for 4 years as private chef of a well-known billionaire at his multiple homes, and most recently with a founding member of LinkedIn and Facebook in California. Prior, he has had experience at several Michelin 3-star-restaurants including Restaurant Daniel and Troigros. He will no longer consider anything but private chef jobs.
 
He is very hardworking, has a great service mentality, varied palette of cuisines at his disposal, is widely traveled, and unfailingly polite and polished. He is currently available and can interview/trial right away. His asking salary is $250K.
