A year-round private chef is needed to work in a home with a family of 4. Chef must be versed in Mediterranean, light French nouvelle and healthy spa cuisine. Summers are spent in Bridgehampton, live-in 4-5 days per week and cooking for family and guests. September to May is live-out, cooking sometimes lunch and dinner for 1-4 people. Responsibilities include keeping the pantry and refrigerator organized and stocked, serving, and cleaning up afterwards. Candidates must have restaurant and private home experience. Must also be pet friendly (cats and dogs.) Salary is $350/day from September to May and $400/day in the summer.
