Simple Tabber Example

COMMENTS, IDEAS & STORIES

The relationship between “employer” & “employee” is most unique in the Private Sector – Personal Service Industry. This is the rarest of situations, where an employee’s responsibilities require they be a part of their boss’s everyday private lives. This “connection” in most cases inevitably leads to the employee’s personal life being opened up to their employer. It’s virtually impossible for the traditional “boss/worker” relationship we see in the corporate/business world to be remotely similar in a residential/family setting.

Of course there is always a line drawn and boundaries set, as in all work environments. Never the less, the environment itself tends to create this “one of a kind” rapport.

Because of this exceptional link between “employer” & “employee,” we ask for Comments, Thoughts, Ideas, Suggestions, Experiences & Stories. Please take a moment to submit an item of interest, related to Household/Domestic Staff or previous work stories. The funnier…the better. The more informative…the more helpful for all.

In our opinion cnaiddates should be very well educated, to be interested in politics, to have at least some work experience. As persons they should have a sense of humour, to be honest, reliable, responsible, out-going, curiuos, brave, tolerant. They should be ready to work hard for people and their country.

  • Nagila says:

Depends a lot on where you live. Here in central Texas it will burn up most enhvyteirg during the summer unless you have a way to add shades that cut the sun way down.

  • Marjorie says:

I think you would be able to build a greenhouse on your roof, but iteasnd of a wooden stucture you would probably have to put a steel beam across, and have a flat roof, if you can afford to do this then to keep your house cool during the summer months put in central air. But then your going to need to either build stairway on the outside of your house to get to the greenhouse or a stairway going up threw the house.I don’t know but couldn’t you use plaxsie glass(it’s not spell right I know) or even bullet proof glass. But I think you need to check with your town or city or where ever you live cuz there are building codes that might not allow it.Or if they do your property taxes are going to really be high. What are you going to grow in the this greenhouse anyway, tomatoes plants and flowers? or ?

Thank you for letting it be known.  We want to help everyone, but it seems if it is not one thing it is something else
that does not match.  Both employees and employers should be a little flexible.  As long as the candidate has the
skills needed to do the job, Age should not be a deal breaker.  For the candidates, you want to get a job, there is
always something that that is not to your liking.  Days, hrs etc.  You need to think how bad do I need to work?  Until
you hit the lottery you must be flexible.

  • Hehe I see that you are doing good buddy, lot’s of good articles. It would be good for you if you could invest in some ads you know, your Google rankings would be better probably. If your budget is tight, try to find other blog owners in similar niches and exchange links. Your blog looks like something that can do it big, it would be a shame if the people don’t see it 😉 Have a nice day
