Schedule: Monday – Friday from 10:00am to 7:30pm.

Pay: $65k – 75k pear year with 2 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays.

Duties include: Working with house manager on managing schedules, appointments and day to day running of household. Pick up child from school and accompany to activities. Stay late 1-2 nights a week. Make restaurant reservations and travel arrangements. Assist in hiring and training new household staff. Run errands, place orders for gifts and supplies. Anticipate family needs. Manage and supervise staff. Manage deliveries, repairs, and vendors. Take active role in staffs work. Manage and coordinate parties and greet guests. Calendar maintenance. Fielding phone calls, emails, and mail. Handle special requests as needed.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of administrative and childcare experience. Verifiable references. Attention to detail. Ability to take direction. Team player. Mac computer savvy and Microsoft Office suite. Extremely organized. Great written and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain calendars. Honest, trustworthy, proactive, and able to multi-task.
