Questions to be asked during an interview

Why did you leave your last job? Will your previous employers speak on the phone about you? Why are you a ——————? Do you enjoy this work or is it the money? What would you do if (hypothetical situations) my two kids are fighting over the same toy? If we’re away and my Son starts running a fever? Can you work late on occasion, if we’re delayed one evening in getting home?  If I can’t make dinner one evening, are you willing to put something together for us? You’re looking for degree of flexibility and willingness. What salary are you seeking? (you always want a content Personal Service Staffer)

Glenn began in the “family business” more than 30 years ago, by coming to work for his Father, Martin Greenhouse. He often recounts how nervous he was, when at 19 years old his Father forced him to pick up the phone and speak with David Suskind. This was to be the first of dozens of phone calls and meetings to come for Glenn……with Celebrity Clientele. Glenn considers himself very fortunate to have spent his life working at a job he truly loves and as he puts it: “earn a comfortable living at the same time.”

You really found a way to make this whole process easier.

Thank you Bardo.  I shared what I have learned from “actual employers,” during my many years in this business.
We’ve learned the dozen or so, important/key questions and details needed to ask & know, which can be of great help in making the right decision.

situations like that can be stressful escapielly if you are also scheduled for another job interview. You need to prioritize the one which pays better and treats their employees better.
